Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY •Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE & charge a 20% cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. No exceptions! This fee will need to be paid at the time of cancellation. If not paid, there will be an additional charge on your future appointment. Late Policy At 10 mins late - your appt will be cancelled, and the deposit is forfeited. To book again, a new deposit will be required. No Additional Guest Allowed Due to your eyes being closed, I ask that no additional guest be present. LavishLashzz is not responsible for any accidents that can or may occur.
